We will collect information about you when you register or place an order which is necessary for us to fulfill your Meet and greet parking. This includes but is not exclusively your name and mobile phone number, your travel details, your car details and your email address.

How we use that information

This data is stored digitally and on paper and used by us to manage your account and to provide meet and greet parking services at Gatwick Airport. If you agree we will also send you email regarding our meet and greet services including offers and discounts. We will use your mobile number to contact you only in regard to your parking booking on the days of travel.

This information minus your email address may be passed to third party parking contractors to enable them to provide meet and greet parking services if you are travelling through other UK airports and book with us. We do not send your information overseas.

Email marketing

We would like to contact you every now and then with regard to offers and discounts in relation to meet and greet parking at Gatwick Airport and any other product or service we sell directly if you agree.

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the opportunity to opt in to receive marketing emails from us during the booking process and on each email you will have the chance to unsubscribe. If you have an account you will have the chance to edit your options when you log in

Your Rights

You have the right to request in writing a copy of the information we hold about you for a £10 fee. You also have the right to request that we do not send you marketing material which you can also do by unsubscribing from the link in each email or changing the settings in your account.
