‘Summer of Care’ Launched at Gatwick
As the peak summer season fast approaches, Gatwick Airport has launched its passenger-focused ‘Summer of Care’ programme.
The programme sees 30 multi-lingual staff, boasting 10 different languages, on hand to assist passengers with any questions or queries they may have.
Whether a passenger needs help locating specific facilities, check-in areas, or negotiating their way around the airport, staff will be on hand to help. The team can also arrange onward travel, accommodation and attraction tickets; they can even assist with re-booking a missed flight.
Located in both the South and North Terminal buildings, the Service Centre programme aims to raise awareness of the many different services, help and advice, the airport can offer to make for a stress-free and easy pass through Gatwick.
The Service Centre was recently refurbished, and in partnership with Skybreak, represents more than 25 airlines and 20 tour operators based at the airport.
You’ll find the Service Centres in the following locations:
- In the South Terminal, opposite Zones J and K
- In the North Terminal Atrium, opposite Zone D.
