Gatwick Airport Service Centre
Did you know Gatwick Airport has a Service Centre that, like a Help Desk, is there to assist with any queries or problems with your flights and time spent at the airport?
You will find a Service Centre in each of the Terminals:
- In the South Terminal it is situated opposite to the check-in zones J and K
- In the North Terminal, you will find it in the main atrium, opposite to check-in zone D.

Missed Flights & Reservations
If you’ve missed your flight then help is at hand. Service Centre staff can help you rebook your flight with scheduled, charter or low-cost airlines. They can also help you with any flight reservations you might need to book for a connecting flight.
Whether you need a hotel in the UK or overseas, the Service Centres are able to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, from luxury to budget hotels.
If you’ve missed your flight and have time to hang around at the airport, or you simply want to escape the hustle and bustle of the airport, the Service Centre can book you into one of the Airport Lounges.
Fees apply for entry but once inside, food and drink, and much more, are complimentary.
