Business Facilities at Gatwick Airport

Meet & Greet Airport Parking
For the time-conscious business traveller, meet and greet airport parking offers a quick and efficient parking service. This convenient parking service allows the business traveller to drive right up to the airport terminal, where they are met by a dedicated driver, who will take the traveller’s car and park it in a secure car park, leaving the business traveller free to make their way directly into the terminal building.

The convenience doesn’t stop at departure, cars are returned to the airport forecourt when the business traveller returns, allowing a quick and easy departure from Gatwick.

Mobile Phone Charging
Even the most experienced business traveller can be caught short and find their mobile phone needs charging. At Gatwick Airport there are Chargebox mobile phone charging stations in the departure lounges in both the North and South Terminals.

Chargebox stations are clearly marked and prices start from £1.50 for a 30-minute charging session.

Airport Lounges
British Airways and Emirates both offer airport lounges – BA’s lounge is for international passengers only.

For business travellers using other airlines, there are lounges available airside in both the North and South Terminals. Entry is subject to payment and it is advisable to book lounge entry in advance for better rates and to secure entry. Entry on the day of travel, without booking, will be subject to availability.

In the North Terminal, there is a choice of two airport lounges:

No.1 Traveller Gatwick Lounge offers free Wi-Fi, scanning, printing and fax facilities. The lounge also boasts superb airport lounge facilities including refreshments, hot and cold snacks and meals and a fully stocked bar.

Prices are charged at £22.50 per adult, which includes entry into the business centre for 2 hours.

The No.1 Traveller lounge is open from 4am – 10pm, daily.

Aspire by Servisair Lounge offers free Wi-Fi and a range of complimentary food and drink.

Prices are charged at £17.49 per adult when pre-booked, or £19.95 without pre-booking.

The Aspire Lounge is open between 04:00 - 21:00, 7 days a week.

In the South Terminal there’s a choice of two airport lounges, these are:

The No.1 Traveller Lounge cost £22.50 per adult for entry, or £27.50 if paid at the doors on the day of travel.

Business travellers benefit from the free Wi-Fi and the full services of an airport lounge such as free Wi-FI, a full stocked bar, hot and cold meals and snacks, daily papers and magazine.

The lounge is open from 4am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

There is a Servisair Lounge in the South Terminal, however, do be aware that this lounge is more popular with families with younger children.

Prices are charged at £14.50 per adult, when booked in advance, and is open from 5am – 10pm each day.

Fast Track Priority Service
Business class flight passengers can take advantage of the Fast Track Priority Service offered at Gatwick Airport, aimed at saving the passenger around 30 minutes during their time at the airport.

The Fast Track servicce includes priority lanes through security and immigration, and Fast track counters service in the duty free shopping areas.

Customers using the No.1 Traveller lounges are entitled to use the Fast Track service. Fast Track services can be identified through the airport with a clearly marked Fast Track signage.
