Log in using your Help-me-park username and password that we have sent you in your
confirmation email. You can do this in the Customer Login box found at the top left
of this page.

2.

Go to the link 'My Bookings' in the menu on the left of the page after you have
logged in.
|
|
3.
|
Click the 'Amend Booking' button found below the booking to which you wish to add
car valet cleaning.
|
|
4.
|
Scroll down the page and click the 'Continue' button.
|
|
5.
|
Choose the vehicle type and valeting option you require and then click the 'Add
Valet' button.
|
|
6.
|
Continue through the following screens and pay using a credit or debit card.
|

If you would like to update your booking including times and dates, car details,
flight numbers etc please follow the instructions below.

Log in using your Help-me-park username and password we have sent you in your confirmation
email. You can do this in the Customer Login box found at the top left of this page.

Go to the link 'My Bookings' in the menu on the left of the page once you have logged
in.

Click the 'Amend Booking' button below the booking that you wish to amend.

Amend the booking as desired.

We cannot accept bookings for meet and greet parking on the website within 24 hours
as we need to be sure that we can schedule a driver to meet you. We pride ourselves

Firstly you will only be able to print a VAT receipt once your Gatwick meet and
greet parking booking has been completed.

Log in using your Help-me-park username and password that we sent you in your original
confirmation email. You can do this in the Customer Login box found at the top left
of this page.

2.

Once you have logged in, from the ‘Main Links’ menu on the left of the
page click ‘My Bookings'.
|
|
3.
|
Scroll down the page until you can see ‘Completed Bookings’.
|
|
4.
|
Click on the ‘Print Receipt’ button – your receipt will open in
a separate ‘Pop-up’ window – if it does not then you may have
to allow pop-ups for this website, which you can do within your Web Browser security
settings.

5.
|
Click the ‘Print’ button found at the top of the ‘Pop-up’
window and your receipt will print.
|
