Please note that unless we are supplied with your correct departure and return details we cannot guarantee the prompt collection and return of your vehicle and may have to make extra charges, especially if your return date is incorrect.

  Our drivers are uniformed, carry Help-me-park I.D. and will have your details with them.

On departure your driver will check your car for damage and will require a signature from you. A signature will be required from you to confirm the vehicle has been returned in the appropriate condition on your return. Damage or loss alleged to have been caused by Help-me-park must be reported at this time. Please consult our website terms and conditions for further details - www.Help-me-park.com. Once you have booked parking with Help-me-park you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions.

The airport operates a very strict ‘No Waiting’ policy. You must not leave your vehicle unattended. Help-me-park cannot accept responsibility for any charges incurred in this fashion. Please note that our drivers are helpful and co-operative but are not porters and are uninsured for injuries sustained from lifting heavy luggage, damage to luggage, vehicles or injuries to third parties.

Our driver will wait for 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time, at both departure and arrival, unless you have called on 07716 063 663 to confirm otherwise.
 
     
   
     
Departure – if you are late or early please call 07716 063 663 as soon as you can. Follow the signs to Car Rental and meet the driver at the far end of the Drop-off area in ARRIVALS outside the Car Rental building (on the ground level).

Return – if details change please call 0845 272 8790 during office hours. Please call us on this number or the Help-me-park late night hotline (07716 063663) once you have cleared customs. Meet your driver outside the car rental building where you dropped your car off.

Return – if details change please call 0845 272 8790 during office hours or the late night hotline number 07716 063 663 once you have cleared customs. You will have been given a return card on your departure that will have all return details.

  It is essential that you contact us regarding any changes to your travel schedule, either by logging in at our website - click here or by calling us on 0845 272 8790. We need at least 12 hours notice to guarantee your vehicle and a driver will be available.

  Cancellations Policy

How to make a cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@help-me-park.co.uk. All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Refunds within 7 working days of purchase
A full refund will be given if a meet and greet parking contract is cancelled within 7 working days from the date of purchase except when the contract starts within the 7 working days from the date of purchase in which case our standard refunds policy will apply.

Standard refunds policy
All refunds – except within 7 working days of purchase – will incur an administration fee as follows.
Cancellations before 48 hours to the start of the contract - £6.50
Cancellations within 48 hours to the start of the contract - 40% of the total contract value
Cancellations after the start of the contract - no refund.


Missed Returns
A standard charge of £ 35.00 is applicable to missed returns.
