  North Terminal: Click here to see a printable map
  Drive your car to the front of the Car Rental building on the ground floor at the North Terminal.
We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please
call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal. You will receive return instructions
when we collect your car.

  South Terminal: Click here to see a printable map
  Drive your car to the Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal. Drive to the far end,
through the traffic lights and park immediatly on the left. We will send you a text message
half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of
arrival at the terminal. You will receive return instructions when we collect your car.

  Hilton Hotel: Click here to see a printable map
  Drive your car to the Hilton Hotel and park on their forecourt. Please check-in at reception
on the first floor and then find us in the foyer on the ground floor. We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual
time of arrival at the terminal. You will receive return instructions when we collect your car.

  Please note: Unless we are supplied with your correct departure and return details we cannot guarantee the prompt collection and return of your vehicle and may have to make extra charges especially if your return date is incorrect.

Your driver will need to check your tickets for your return travel details when you arrive at the airport. Please ensure you have them easily accessible. Extra days parking are charged at £10 per day when booked in advance but if your return details are incorrect and you return a day late you will be charged £60 as we will have had to move your car to and from the airport, had to wait for you and provide one extra day of parking.

Please therefore double check your return landing date especially if you are travelling overnight.  It is very common to misread a ticket and supply us with your return take-off date.


The baggage trolleys at the airport now require a £1 coin to release them. Please ensure you have one if you need a trolley for your baggage.

Cancellations Policy

How to make a cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@help-me-park.co.uk. All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Refunds within 7 working days of purchase
A full refund will be given if a meet and greet parking contract is cancelled within 7 working days from the date of purchase except when the contract starts within the 7 working days from the date of purchase in which case our standard refunds policy will apply.

Standard refunds policy
The contract is deemed to have started once the pre-arranged time for the collection of your vehicle at the airport has passed. All refunds ? except within 7 working days of purchase ? will incur an administration fee as follows:

Cancellations before 48 hours to the start of the contract - £6.50
Cancellations within 48 hours to the start of the contract - 40% of the total contract value
Cancellations after the start of the contract - no refund.


Incorrect Return Date Supplied and not corrected in advance of return
A standard charge of £35.00 is applicable vehicles that have to be returned to the airport twice due to incorrect return dates and/or times being supplied. Payment will need to be supplied before return of the vehicle. .
