Help-me-park operate valet meet and greet airport parking from 3 basic locations at Gatwick Airport |
- Gatwick South Terminal arrivals level
- Gatwick North Terminal arrivals level
- Gatwick Hilton Hotel lower foyer
This means that all our customers have a choice of drop off points to suit their individual needs. |

| For customers who are arriving ready to fly we suggest that you may wish to meet us on the Gatwick Airport drop off area, this is situated on the lower level at both North and South Terminals, and allows simple access to departure halls, as well as ease of return on your inbound flight. |

| Hilton Hotel customers are usually staying the night before they travel and can use the Hilton drop off area to meet with us, most Hilton customers find that its easy to receive their vehicle back at the same place - which we are happy to arrange. |

| Some customers fly out from one terminal and return to another, this is not a problem so long as you let us know. Our staff are happy to return the car to either terminal or to the Hilton Hotel. |

| Hilton Hotel is a great place to stop and refresh after a long flight, with food and beverages available plus clean fresh toilet facilities away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal |

| Our drop off area is directly on the Gatwick arrivals level, there is no possible way to park any closer to the terminal building. This means that we are able to offer the fastest transfer into the Gatwick Airport terminals. Help-me-park operate on the lower levels at both terminals, this is because experience has shown that trafic levels are lower and transfer times are improved by using the lower levels - plus during winter months some respite from the poor weather can be claimed. |

| On occasion our customers need to drop their car at other areas on the airport. Where possible we will do our utmost to accommodate any customer requests. Please remember that our meet and greet parking staff are always busy, so advance notice is essential for us to offer the best valet meet and greet parking service to you our valued customers. |
