Passengers wishing to relax in comfort before their flight can use the Servisair Executive Lounge facilities in the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. Any passenger can use the Lounge for a small fee, not just first or business class travellers, Help-me-park recommend this service to compliment you meet and greet airport parking.
The Executive Lounge offers complimentary snacks and soft and alcoholic drinks, a selection of magazines and newspapers, television, credit card telephone and fax facilities, internet access available through coin payment, and toilet facilities.
The Lounge has a smart / casual dress code, but please note children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Lounge. The Lounge has a clearly marked smoking room. Passengers must ensure they leave enough time to reach their flight, as there are no flight display screens.
Flight announcements are made in the Suite. US Airways, Continental and Virgin Atlantic premium class passengers also have their own dedicated lounges available in the departures area.
Passengers should contact the Airline for further information before arriving at Gatwick Airport. Executive lounges are also available in the South Terminal arrivals area for inbound US Airways and Continental passengers.To find the Servisair Executive Lounge, move through security control into the South Terminal departure lounge.
Take the central escalator or the lift to the upper shopping level. The entrance to the Lounge is located through two sets of double doors between Upper Crust and Garfunkels. |

The Business Centre offers credit card, telefax, photocopier, and a credit card compoint access is also available.
The Lounge has a smart / casual dress code, and children of any age are allowed in the Lounge (Children aged 0 – 1 are free of charge). The Lounge has a no smoking policy. Passengers must ensure they leave enough time to reach their flight, as there are no flight announcements made in the Suite.
The Lounge is accessible for passengers with disabilities.
BA (International flights only), Emirates and Delta premium class passengers also have their own dedicated lounges available in the departures area. Passengers should contact the Airline for further information before arriving at Gatwick Airport.
To find the Aviance Executive Suite, move through passport control into the North Terminal departure lounge. Turn left and head towards WH Smith at the far end of the North terminal airside departures area. The walkway to the Aviance Suite is located on your right hand side. Take the lift to the first floor to find the Suite. |

A suite of meeting rooms is available to hire within Gatwick Airport South Terminal. The United Business Centre or UBC Conference Facility can be found on the 7th floor of Norfolk House.
There are 17 rooms available, the largest of which has a maximum capacity of a 65 theatre style audience. All of the rooms have broadband capabilities, telephones, faxes and full secretarial support. |

| Before security, Spectrum Interactive close to Cafe Nero and Starbucks provides fixed internet access terminals. Both Spectrum Interactive areas can be found on the first floor of the Gatwick Village in the South Terminal.After security, fixed internet access terminals can be found outside the Sports Bar on the upper level of the departure lounge. |

Wireless Access Points |
Wireless internet access points are available throughout Gatwick Airport South and North Terminals. T-Mobile, BT Open zone and The Cloud Networks provide broadband wireless for Gatwick Airport passengers.
Wireless hotspots have been extended to cover the arrivals, piers and satellites of Gatwick Airport, as well as the departure lounges.
Wireless compatible laptops or handheld computers (Wi-Fi 802.11b) can be used to connect instantly to the internet within these wireless hotspots. Most modern computers have a built-in wireless LAN (Local Area Network) card, and many can be upgraded using a wireless networking card.
The service works through your usual web browser, optimised for Internet Explorer 5 (or above) or Internet Pocket Explorer. Your device should run recent Microsoft Windows software. |

Once inside the Gatwick Airport terminal, turn on your wireless enabled device. Most laptops include Intel Centrino wireless functionality as standard. Other laptops may need a separate card that you can purchase from any major electronics shop. Dixons (at Gatwick South terminal) should be able to help should you need to purchase a card at the airport. |

A Fast Track parking option is available from both the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. The Fast Track under cover parking areas are located within the short stay car parks and offer the quickest and most convenient link into the terminals.
