Due to the expansion of the Help-me-park meet and greet parking operation, Help-me-park now operate more than one car park. Our original car park which Help-me-park still owns and operates, was awarded the Park Mark award 2 years running..
The high standards of security required by Park Mark is a principle that Help-me-park have committed to at a fundamental level. Help-me-park have established 24-hour security in our new gated compound to ensure the security of your vehicle.
Help-me-park will continue to strive to meet the security requirements of the Park Mark award at the new location. Be assured that all procedures established to gain the Park Mark award on our original car park remain in place.
All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicles, are uniformed, mature and carry identification. They have all been subject to a Criminal Records check called a 'basic disclosure'.
Help-me-park will check your vehicle for damage on departure and on return to you. Every vehicle is checked into our car parks and a detailed log of each driver is kept.

Park Mark & The Safer Parking Scheme are initiatives launched by The Association of Chief Police Officers (APCO) to encourage car parking operators to monitor and improve their facilities with a view to reducing criminal activity and the fear of crime itself. Safer Parking Scheme |
The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Associations of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities.
Safer parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.
These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking facility.
For customers, using a Park Mark® Safer Parking facility means that the area has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place to create a safe environment. |

Who can join the scheme? |
The Scheme is open to everyone with an interest in the reduction of crime and the fear of crime in society. Parking facility owners/operators who join the Scheme are from a variety of commercial and public sectors and a whole range of parking facilities are covered by the Scheme.
The scheme is now a widely acclaimed benchmark within the airport parking industry.
The Park Mark accreditation will ensure that an operators site is inspected and meets criteria set out within the scheme. For a company such as Help-me-park the award not only credits our car park with the physical security such as fencing, alarms, CCTV and lighting but also our management procedures to ensure the safety of your vehicle whilst it is with us.
Once accreditation has been achieved regular yearly re-assessment is carried out to ensure that standards have not slipped.
At Help-me-park it is very important to us that our customers feel safe in the knowledge that we will do our very best to look after your car whilst in our custody. We fully understand that if you are new to valet meet and greet airport parking there is a considerable leap of faith in passing over your prized vehicle to a valet meet and greet airport parking supplier.
