| As with all things in business it is in our interest to ensure the safety of your vehicle as no doubt it will be 'our heads on a stick' if your car is damaged. To this end our secure parking facilities allow us to sleep well at night in the knowledge that your vehicle is being monitored by CCTV and is snugly parked in our own gated and secure parking facility. |

| We do not use any parking facilities which are not fully secured and monitored by CCTV. Unlike some contractors we DO NOT leave your keys in your car, all our keys are stored inside safely locked storage facilities, within alarmed buildings. Our buildings are monitered by ADT 24 hour security with 'straight to Police' alarms. |

| As Help-me-park operate 24/7 we are always able to keep a close eye on all of our customers vehicles, and to ensure that no unsavoury types are even able to see or think about your car. |

| Many of our customers are now choosing Valet Parking as they are unhappy with the risks associated with leaving their car in a park and ride parking facility. We know it can be soul destroying to come back and find that some one has bashed your door or worst still possibly simply driven into your car whilst trying to park their own, and then quietly driven off in the hope that they will not be found responsible for the damage. |

| Please rest assured that the journey to and from our facility will be carried out in an adult and business-like fashion. Our drivers are all mature individuals who are well trained and versed in the manner in which we feel your car should be driven. If you have a very new or unusual car then don't worry, the chances are we have already driven one before (but do tell us if there are special circumstances). Our drivers are regularly observed by management to ensure that they are driving your cars in the manner we would expect our own cars to be driven if we were parking with another supplier. |
