The directions you need to find our meet & greet parking staff ...

Gatwick Airport North Terminal
Exit the M23 at the Gatwick Airport junction go over the first roundabout and follow the dual carriageway to next roundabout. Take 2nd exit to North Terminal. Help-me-park conduct their meet and greet parking drop off opposite Car Rentals at ARRIVALS on the lower level. Please just follow signs to Car Rental.

Help-me-park staff will easily be recognised with branded clothing. Our meet and greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you. Click on the link above for a Gatwick Airport meet and greet parking drop off map.

Take the Gatwick exit off the M23, go straight over the first roundabout and follow the dual carriageway to next roundabout.
Take 2nd exit to Gatwick North Terminal. Help-me-park conduct their meet and greet airport parking drop-off between the Sofitel Hotel and the Multi-storey short term car parks.

1. Please stay in the right hand lane as you round the Sofitel (big white square building) on approach to the North Terminal so as to avoid the queue for the multi-storey car park.

2. Then park in the bays marked.

3. Your car will be returned to this location.

Gatwick Airport South Terminal

Help-me-park conduct their meet and greet airport parking drop off at the far end of the Passenger Drop Off area.

1. From the M23 take the first exit at the first roundabout.

2. Follow the signs to Passenger Drop-off, and meet the Help-me-park representative at the far end of the passenger drop-off area on the left.

3. Go through the second set of pelican crossing lights and park on the left.

Help-me-park meet and greet airport parking staff will easily be recognised with branded clothing. You will be met on your return at the same place.
