Again on our return our car arrived 5 minutes after the call we made, which after a long 11 hour journey it was great to get straight into our car and drive home. " We chose help-me-park.com because of its professional website, its cast-iron guarantees and mainly because it was the only site that actually stated clearly that they would meet us directly outside the terminal! Their email booking confirmation came within minutes of the online booking and their instructions were clear. On the day of our departure, h-m-p texted half an hour before our arrival as promised. However, we made good time and found ourselves arriving 10 minutes early, so we called them again as we approached and they were happy to meet us earlier than planned and right outside the doors of the Gatwick South terminal. Again, as promised!
On our return, it was the same high level of service. We were texted within minutes of landing, called them as we left the baggage reclaim area as instructed and, as we exited the terminal doors, our car pulled up in the same spot as we had dropped-off several days before. The staff at all times were courteous, helpful and professional and how often can we say that these days about a company. We found help-me-park an all-round excellent service and, for us as first time users, they made it the most stress-free trip through the airport we have had in ages! We shall certainly be telling everyone we know about them." |

We were extremely happy with your service, which surpassed our expectation.
We were travelling with a 90 year old lady, who relies on a wheel chair for mobility. Our return flight was severely delayed, and we did not clear baggage collection until after 2-30am. It was a great relief not to have to face a transfer via bus to a car park.
On arrival and departure, your representative was extremely helpful, assisting us in unloading the cases and the wheel chair. We will certainly use your company in the future and will happily recommend you to friends.
