Gatwick Airport South Terminal – Please drive to the far end of the Passenger Drop-Off area. Just through the second set of pelican lights pull over on the left. If for some reason the traffic wardens/marshals move you on please drive round the block and come back to the meeting location.
Drive to the Arrivals, ground floor, level outside the North Terminal.
Follow the signs for CARS ONLY painted on the road to get the correct lane.
Drive over the second Zebra Crossing and park in the lay-by on the left opposite the old car rental building.
We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please
call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.
If for some reason the traffic wardens/marshals move you on please drive round the block and come back to the meeting location.

You will then be able to see various links next to your booking(s) or call us during office hours if you are unable to get to a computer - 0845 272 8790.
It is very important to let us know if you wish to change your return meet and greet time - we can only react to good information! |

| If you have a last minute booking you will be able to book your Gatwick Airport parking with us by calling 0845 272 8790 between 08.30 and 22.30 (subject to availability). You will be unable to make a meet and greet airport parking booking online on the same day of travel, this is to ensure that our meet and greet parking staff can schedule work properly and cannot miss any meet and greet airport parking arrivals at the airport. How to make a cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@help-me-park.co.uk. All refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
Refunds within 7 working days of booking
A full refund will be given if a meet and greet parking contract is cancelled within 7 working days from the date of purchase except when the contract starts within the 7 working days from the date of purchase in which case our standard refunds policy will apply.
Standard refunds policy
The contract is deemed to have started once the pre-arranged time for the collection of your vehicle at the airport has passed.
All refunds – except within 7 working days of purchase – will incur an administration fee as follows:
Cancellations before 48 hours to the start of the contract - £6.50
Cancellations within 48 hours to the start of the contract - 40% of the total contract value
Cancellations after the start of the contract - no refund. |

We cannot issue receipts for bookings that have not been completed. |

Ensure the billing address for any credit card that is used is correct for the card when you pay on the Protx secure payment pages.
