We will pay a referral fee of £5.00 per contract in travel agents commission to the affiliate scheme member on a monthly basis. We will only make payments if the amount of travel agents commission equals £100 or more in any one month. If the fees do not come to £100 in a month they will be carried over to the next month. - yes it could be a rollover!! |

Help-Me-Park will email a request for an invoice for the referral fees. As soon as this invoice is received by post or return email we will make payment direct to the affiliates scheme member through BACS. |

If this agreement is on behalf of the company we will need the affiliates scheme member company name and address and bank account details to make payments direct to the bank account through BACS. Our home page contains is a Gatwick Airport parking price check mechanism where the customer is asked to enter their travel dates and times. They have to enter their promotional code here to get the price for their Gatwick airport parking. |

Each customer can log on at any time once a booking has been made and change their booking details including their return date even whilst they are abroad. They also have the option to call us, during uk office hours, to change their travel details. |

VAT invoices can be printed directly from our web site once the customer has returned to the country. |

Future bookings are even easier as the customer can just log in and the booking form will auto-fill their contact and car details. A travel agents commission will be paid for you for any return customers that our system is able to track - various cookies and tracking is implemented with our system as it is important to us to know where our customers come from - and subsequently any travel agent commission is paid to you. |

We accept payment on all card types through the secure payment service Protx. |

Departure |
| 1. |
The H-M-P drivers will text the customer before they arrive at the Gatwick airport parking drop off to start their trip. This is to reassure the customer we will be there and to encourage the customer to let us know if they will be early or late. |

The customer drives up to their departure terminal and parks opposite the Car Rental building. |
| |
|
| 3. |
A member of our staff will meet and greet the customer and have a trolley ready for them. All our staff carry I.D. and are uniformed and fully insured. |

The car is checked and condition agreed. |
| |

| 5. |
The customer signs and is given a reminder card with instructions and a telephone contact number for their return. |

The customer proceeds to check-in and their car is parked in our secured and registered facilities. |

H-M-P monitors the flight arrivals and adjusts the returns if planes are delayed or early. |

H-M-P sends a text to the customer once they have landed to remind them to call us when they have collected their bags. |

The customer calls our 24/7 hotline once they have their bags. |
| |

H-M-P moves the customer’s car to the arrival terminal so it is waiting for the customer where they dropped it off. |

The customer is identified as the owner of the vehicle and they load their luggage and start their journey home. |
