Terms and Conditions
of the Airport Parking Affiliates Scheme |
| this document can be printed off, signed and forwarded for all airport parking affiliate scheme applications |

Airport Parking Affiliates scheme Financial terms |
| • |
H-M-P will pay £5 to the airport parking affiliate for each parking contract referred. |
| |
|
| • |
Airport Parking Affiliates Commissions are paid monthly by BACS payment. |
| |
|
| • |
Airport Parking Affiliates Commission will be paid once total due is £100 or greater. |
| |
|
| • |
Unpaid Airport Parking Affiliates commission will be carried over to the next month. |
| |
|
| • |
H-M-P will request an invoice from the affiliate by email for the referral fees and will pay the invoice on receipt. |

|
Airport Parking Affiliate’s Responsibilities |
| • |
Promote the H-M-P airport parking affiliates scheme service to their customers in a professional manner. |
| |
|
| • |
Ensure good time is given to H-M-P to supply referral leaflets when stock runs low. |
| |
|
| • |
Create a link on their web site to H-M-P airport parking web site. |
| |
|
| • |
Pass any comments from customers regarding the H-M-P service to H-M-P. |
| |
|
H-M-P Responsibilities to Affiliates Scheme members |
| • |
Provide the airport parking service as described in ‘An explanation of the Help-Me-Park.Com ‘meet and greet’ airport parking service at Gatwick’ see enclosed documentation. |

| • |
Supply enough referral leaflets to the Affiliate scheme member in a timely manner. |
| |
|
| • |
Deal courteously and professionally with all clients of the affiliate scheme. |
| |
|
| • |
Pay any airport parking commissions due to the affiliate in a timely manner. |
| |
|
| • |
To deal with any airport parking customer complaints with the minimum of delay and in a courteous and professional manner in line with the terms and conditions displayed on our web site |

Miscellaneous |
| • |
If any dispute cannot be resolved either party can affect termination of the agreement with immediate effect. |

|
| • |
H-M-P can change or withdraw any airport parking affiliate scheme referral code at any time. |
| |
|
| • |
Both parties are to make every reasonable effort to resolve any disputes with civil, direct, timely and clear communication. |
| |
|
| • |
No defamatory remarks can be made by either party regarding the other in any way in any media. |
| |
|
| • |
The Affiliate scheme member has permission to use the H-M-P logos and their promotional code to promote H-M-P airport parking services to as wide an audience as possible. |

|
| • |
Written permission must be sought by the affiliate scheme member before any other use of the H-M-P logo is made. |
| |
|
| • |
H-M-P has permission to use the Affiliates logo to publicise this relationship on our web site only. |
| |
|
| • |
Written permission must be sought by H-M-P before any other use of the affiliate’s logo is made.
