The work will often involve shifts as Help-me-park operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week 365 days per year providing what we think is the best Meet and Greet Parking service at Gatwick. We are looking for reliable, conscientious people who are motivated to provide excellent customer service. Full training will be given in all positions and computer skills would be an advantage in all positions and essential where shown.

Part-time drivers are required to assist us in moving cars to and from Gatwick Airport at busy times. All drivers must be minimum 30 years old – due to insurance – and have held a UK driving licence for at least 5 years. All drivers will be subject to a PNC (Police National Computer) check. Most driving will occur at the weekends and there will possible be some early and late shift work. Please Pay will be a small hourly basic rate made up with a supplement per car moved enabling rates in excess of £7.00 per hour to be earned. Full or part-time reception staff are required to man our desk at Gatwick Airport. This desk is manned from 15.00 until 22.30. We feel this position would ideally be shared by two or three people and would be perfect for someone looking to augment their existing salary. This customer facing position would require good, not basic, computer skills and full training would be given. This position would suit an active individual used to dealing face-to-face with customers. Some flexibility on the starting time on the afternoon will be given to the right candidate. This position will ideally be filled by someone looking for full-time shift work on a four on two off basis that works for our existing staff. This post is hands on at Gatwick Airport collecting and returning customers vehicles to both the North and South Terminals. We operate the shifts from 03.00 to 15.00 and 15.00 to 03.00 and it would be the responsibility of this staff member to collect and return any vehicles within these times. Full support is given with extra driving staff and shift sharing. Full training will be given to the right candidate who will be pro-active in their deliverance of the high standards of service our customers expect. Good computer skills would be an advantage but full training will be supplied. Pay is dependent on the number of vehicles collected, returned and moved and regularly results in pay levels in excess of £10.00 per hour.
