Choose from Gatwick North or South Terminals, or The Gatwick Hilton Hotel to see how meet and greet parking works:
 
• Gatwick North Terminal
• Gatwick South Terminal
• Gatwick Hilton Hotel
 
Gatwick North Terminal
 
We will meet you between the Sofitel Hotel and the short stay multi-storey car parks in front of the North Terminal building

We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Step 1

Follow signs on the A23 to the North Terminal.

 
 
 
Follow the signs into the North Terminal.
 
 
 
 
Step 2
 
Get in the right hand lane and follow the signs for ‘Valet Parking’ and 'Car Rental'.
 
 
Step 3
 
Stay in the right hand lane.
 
 
Step 4
 
Please park in the bays marked and your driver will find you.

We will need to confirm your return travel details and check over your car.

On your return to Gatwick we will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. We will return your car to where we collected it about 15 minutes later.
 
 
Gatwick South Terminal
 
Please follow the signs to Passenger Drop Off.

Please drive to the far end of Passenger Drop Off, go through the second set of Pelican traffic lights and pull up as soon as you can on the left.

We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Follow signs on the A23 to the South Terminal.

Follow signs into the South Terminal.

Follow signs to 'Passenger Drop Off'.

Meet your Help-me-park driver on the left hand side past the pelican crossing at the end of the Passenger Drop Off Area.

We will need to confirm your return travel details and check over your car.

On your return to Gatwick we will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. We will return your car to where we collected it about 15 minutes later.
 
 
Gatwick Hilton Hotel
 
Drive your car towards Gatwick Airport's South Terminal on the day of your departure. We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the hotel.

Step 1

Follow signs to the Hilton Hotel.
 
 
Step 2
 
Follow signs into the South Terminal.
 
 
Step 3
 
Stay in the right hand lane.
 
 
Step 4
 
Turn right into the entrance to The Hilton Hotel.
 
 
Step 5
 
Turn left into The Hilton forecourt area.
 
 
Step 6
 
Park on the hotel forecourt. Proceed to reception on the first floor and check-in. Once you have checked in please come to our desk in the foyer on the ground floor.

We will need to confirm your return travel details and check over your car.

When you arrive back to Gatwick we will text you when you land. Please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. We will return your car to the Hilton forecourt unless we are otherwise instructed.
