Please follow the signs to Car Rental.
We will meet you at the front of the Car Rental building directly outside the North Terminal on the ground floor which is the Arrivals Level. There are lifts just inside the terminal to the Departures Level.
We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Follow signs on the A23 to the North Terminal. |

| Follow the signs for 'Flight Arrivals' and 'Car Rental'. |

| Continue to 'Arrivals' on the Lower Level and follow signs for 'Car Rental'. |

Meet your Help-me-park driver on the left hand side - past the pelican crossing and opposite the Car Rental building.
We will need to confirm your return travel details and check over your car.
On your return to Gatwick we will text you when you land, please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. We will return your car to where we collected it about 15 minutes later. |

Please follow the signs to Passenger Drop Off.
Please drive to the far end of Passenger Drop Off, go through the second set of Pelican traffic lights and pull up as soon as you can on the left.
We will send you a text message half an hour before your scheduled arrival time. Please call back with your actual time of arrival at the terminal.

Park on the hotel forecourt. Proceed to reception on the first floor and check-in. Once you have checked in please come to our desk in the foyer on the ground floor.

When you arrive back to Gatwick we will text you when you land. Please call back when you enter baggage reclaim. We will return your car to the Hilton forecourt unless we are otherwise instructed. |
